Butter the two slices of bread, and then lay out on a board with the buttered sides facing down. On top of one slice, spread a generous layer of In A Pickle Lily.
On top of the second slide of bread, arrange the ham and the Brie, cut into thick slices, and then put both pieces together, so you end up with a sandwich that has the butter on the outside.
Place a frying pan on a high heat, and once it?s nicely warmed up, lay the prepared sandwich inside. Leave it to sizzle until the buttered underside is golden-brown, and then carefully turn it over with a fish slice, to toast the other side ? beware, this side will cook much faster.
Finally, cut the sandwich in half and serve up with a big mug of tea.
